Travel charges:

Between 01-20 miles $100.00

Between 21-40 miles $150.00

Between 41-60 miles $225.00

Between 61-80 miles 300.00

General Public Fees:

Services for individuals typically include notarization of documents such as real estate papers, wills, living wills, car titles, and power of attorney. These services can be performed at our office location, or we can come to your location if you prefer.

Notary Fees (set by the State of Virginia):

-First signature, $5.00

-Each additional signature, $5.00

We do not notarize:

Any documents from Vital Records (birth, marriage, or death certificates), documents from a court, documents from the State Corporation Commission, or federal government documents. Such documents require an ink signature and date by the Registrar / Deputy Registrar of Vital Records, an ink signature by the Clerk of the Court, or a signature by the Clerk of the State Corporation Commission. Federal documents can be copied and notarized by a Virginia notary as a true copy of the original document (such as copies of a passport, or an Immigration search report).
